Everything was simply good. Convenient hotel, compact and comfy room. The location was great and nice - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Close vicinity, just 10 minutes on foot to Miyagino-dori subway station, was a big plus. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was soft. The staff was really kind and great and made it a decent stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects include the cleanliness, breakfast variety, friendly staff, and location near the train station and many restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which featured different menu options each day. The staff was always helpful and had a positive attitude. The hotel's cleanliness was impressive, as they even offered a service to change bed sheets daily. Additionally, the location was very convenient, with easy access to transportation and the surrounding city.

Hotel was easy to find after getting a map from the Tourist Info Centre. Remember to use the East exit of JR Sendai stn. Breakfast included in the price was delicious and substantial.

The front desk staff was really impressive and efficient. The toilet in my room was not properly cleaned and immediately she asked for my permission and went to clean it by herself instead of getting the cleaners to do it (maybe the cleaners had already left). After cleaning, she still kept apologising. She had been very cheerful all the way. The location is good and this hotel is really clean and comfortable.

The manager was helpful in sorting everything out. Despite the mix-up, the staff remained polite and friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the JR station and shopping malls. Our non-smoking room had a comfortable bed, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. I would recommend this hotel.
